Procedures

Most GI Procedures may be safely performed in the outpatient setting.

Techniques utilized may include:

• Colonoscopy
• Upper GI Endoscopy
• Esophageal dilatation
• Liver biopsy
• Endoscopic stent insertion
• ERCP with removal of bile duct stones
• Endoscopic ultrasound
• Wireless Capsule Endoscopy   
• Others   

We are pleased to provide the service of screening for colon polyps and colorectal cancer.

The above screening and diagnostic procedures are performed in both the hospital and office setting. Each of our physicians have privileges at Glens Falls Hospital, Saratoga Surgery Center,  and Northern GI Endoscopy in Glens Falls, N.Y.

In addition, Dr. Bower performs procedures at the Moses Ludington Hospital.
