Health insurance coverage varies from patient to patient. Our physicians participate with most of the larger insurance companies, including Aetna, Blue Shield NENY, CDPHP, Empire Blue Cross, Fidelis, GHI, Medicare, Medicaid, MVP, NYS Empire Plan, Today’s Options, United Healthcare, and U.S. Family Health (Martins Point). There are other, generally smaller insurance plans and networks with whom we do not participate. If you are a new patient or have changed insurance plans, please check with your insurance company to make sure our physicians participate with your insurance plan. If we do not participate with your insurance plan please contact our billing office and they will assist you with any questions you may have. Please bring your insurance card with you for each visit and notify our staff of any changes in your information.
All patients without insurance are required to pay at the time of service. Please contact our billing office to discuss our fees.
We do require you to pay all copays, deductibles or other charges for any uninsured or non-covered service at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards.
