Rachel Baker, FNP-C, is a native of the area and graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Athletic Coaching. She has also received an Associates degree in Nursing from SUNY Adirondack and a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Delhi, followed by a Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Prior to receiving her Nurse Practitioner certification, Rachel practiced for over 7 years as an RN, the majority of this time serving as a GI nurse at the Glens Falls Hospital GI Center. She maintains a certification in Gastroenterology nursing through the American Board of Certification for Gastroenterology Nurses. As a Nurse Practitioner, Rachel has received additional training in GI Medicine and Liver Disease. Rachel resides in Saratoga Springs with her yellow lab, Dacks.
