Special Instructions

There are special pre-procedure instructions for patients who are on medication(s) for diabetes, for patients who are on blood thinners (Coumadin/Warfarin), or if you are taking an antiplatelet medication such as Plavix. If you are taking any of these medications and you have not received specific instructions from our office regarding adjustments for these medications, please contact our office immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Patients who fail to cancel their office office appointment at least 24 hours in advance will be charged a $50 administrative fee. Patients who fail to cancel their procedure appointment at least 7 days in advance will be charged an administrative fee of $100. These fees must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments.
